精神分裂症的药物治疗选择:第一代与第二代抗精神病药比较被引量：35

摘要精神分裂症是一种慢性致残性精神疾病，一旦患病，可导致明显的精神功能障碍，造成社会生活能力衰退．严重影响生活质量。对其症状及相关病理机制的研究提示：（1）阳性症状：当中脑一边缘多巴胺能通路功能亢进时．边缘系统的多巴胺D2受体功能亢进能引起阳性症状，如幻觉妄想等。
