奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性评价

The Effect and Safety Evaluation on Oxaliplatin,Fluorouracil Combined with Calcium Folinate in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的：分析评价奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法：选择2010年4月-2011年12月笔者所在医院收治的49例晚期胃癌患者进行奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗，评价疗效及不良反应情况。结果：49例患者中，治疗有效率为44．90％。其中，初治组与复治组的治疗有效率比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。患者的生存时间为16．5—66．2周，平均（8．32±1．19）个月。49例患者经治疗均出现不同程度的毒副反应，但大多数不良反应为0-2度，且具有可逆性。结论：奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的疗效显著，不良反应轻且安全性高，值得临床广泛推广.

Objective ：To evaluate the effect and safety of oxaliplatin, fluorouracil combined with calcium folinate in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods ：49 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients from April 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital with oxaliplatin, FU and calcium folinate treatment, the effect and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results ：49 patients, the total effective rate of the treatment 44.90%.There was a significant difference in the treatment effect of the untreated group and retreatment group （P〈0.05）.The survival time of patients was 16.5 to 66.2 weeks, the average survival time was （8.32 _ 1.19） months.49 patients were treated with varying degrees of toxicity, but most of the adverse reactions of 0-2 degrees, and reversible.Conclusion ：The effect of oxaliplatin, fluorouracil combined with calcium folinate treatment of advanced gastric was significant, and adverse reactions are light and safe, worthy of wide dissemination.
