股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄老人股骨转子间骨折的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄老人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:20例80~95岁高龄股骨转子间骨折患者,采用切开复位股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗观察疗效。结果:术后随访6乏4个月,平均15个月,所有骨折均愈合,无髋内翻畸形,无钢板松动、断裂。Harris髋关节评分标准:优良率为85%。结论:采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄老人股骨转子间骨折,其骨折愈合率高,固定牢固,并发症少,是一种较好治疗方法。 Objective :To explore the effect of intertrochanteric fracture with the proximal femur locking plate in elderly patients.Methods :20 cases of elderly patients whose age ranged from 80 to 95 years old with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were treated by proximal femur locking plate.Results :All patients followed up 6 to 24 months(average 15 months), which showed that all the fractures were completely healed.There were no hip varus deformation, internal fixation failure, with total excellence rate of 85% according to Harris hip function score system.Conclusion :Proximal femur locking plate is a good method for the treatment of intertroehanteric fracture in elderly patients, which takes stable fixation and less complication.
