股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄老人股骨转子间骨折的研究

Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture with the Proximal Femur Locking Plate in Elderly Patients

目的：探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄老人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：20例80～95岁高龄股骨转子间骨折患者，采用切开复位股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗观察疗效。结果：术后随访6乏4个月，平均15个月，所有骨折均愈合，无髋内翻畸形，无钢板松动、断裂。Harris髋关节评分标准：优良率为85％。结论：采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗高龄老人股骨转子间骨折，其骨折愈合率高，固定牢固，并发症少，是一种较好治疗方法。

Objective ：To explore the effect of intertrochanteric fracture with the proximal femur locking plate in elderly patients.Methods ：20 cases of elderly patients whose age ranged from 80 to 95 years old with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were treated by proximal femur locking plate.Results ：All patients followed up 6 to 24 months（average 15 months）, which showed that all the fractures were completely healed.There were no hip varus deformation, internal fixation failure, with total excellence rate of 85% according to Harris hip function score system.Conclusion ：Proximal femur locking plate is a good method for the treatment of intertroehanteric fracture in elderly patients, which takes stable fixation and less complication.
