腔隙性脑梗塞CT与核磁共振诊断价值探讨 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨CT及MRI在腔隙性脑梗塞中诊断中的应用价值。方法:对55例腔隙性脑梗塞患者均行颅脑CT及MRI检查。结果:MRI对腔隙性脑梗塞病灶的检出率明显高于CT(P<0.01)。腔隙性脑梗塞发病部位以基底节、脑干及丘脑多见。腔隙性脑梗塞病灶呈CT低密度或略低密度;MRI等或略长T1信号,略长T2信号,DWI序列呈明显高信号。结论:MRI对腔隙性脑梗塞检出率高,能清晰显示病变的特点,应作为首选检查方法。
