摘要
通过金属数据库的用户接口输入材料的基本数据 ,如物理机械性能、化学成分或金相组织 ,对材料进行模糊聚类分析 ,从而使材料迅速定位 ;经材料切削加工性的模糊综合评判后 ,可获得该材料切削加工性的直观、综合了解。以库中查找的相关材料的切削用量为参数 ,用当前参数 (或事先适当调整 )进行试验研究 ,观察切削状况后通常需重新微调参数再进行试验。确定合理的切削用量后输入库中 ,更新数据库。实际证明采用这种方法可节约大量人力物力 。
It sets up the metal cutting database included physical mechanical properties, chemical composition and metallographic structure. With the help of fuzzy cluster analysis the material can be classified easily and the comprehensive information of the machinability be directly shown. The database is made from a number of machinability approximates material. The database can be refreshed when the material cutting data has been obtained. By this database the manpower and material resources will be saved.
