摘要
借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了铜铬合金在HCl溶液中的脱铬腐蚀,并应用正交试验方法分析了变形量、溶液浓度和温度对其脱铬腐蚀的影响。结果表明:该合金的脱铬倾向随HCl溶液浓度的增大和温度的升高而增大;变形有助于合金的脱铬腐蚀,溶液浓度对合金脱铬腐蚀的影响最大;脱铬腐蚀先在Cu/Cr相界面发生,逐渐向铬相心部发展。
The deehromisation corrosion of Cu-Cr alloy in HCl solution was studied by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the effects of deformation, concentration and temperature of HCl solution on dechrornisation corrosion were analyzed by using orthogonal test method. The results show that the dechromisation tendency of Cu-Cr alloy increased with the increase of concentration and temperature of HCl solution, the deformation was helpful to the dechromisation corrosion, and the effect of HCl solution concentration on chromisation corrosion was maximum. The dechromisation corrosion generated in phase interface between copper and chrome, and spreaded into the center of chrome phase.
