摘要
高强度铸铁以振动切削法制成纤维 ,替代石棉纤维与树脂等复合形成摩阻材料。在常温和变温条件下对这种材料的摩擦性能进行了多组试验 ,找出了铸铁纤维、粘合剂和其它组元的组成比例对摩擦性能的影响关系。通过试验确认 ,铸铁纤维复合摩阻材料的摩擦系数和磨损率指标能够达到车辆、工程机械的离合器、制动器的使用要求 ,并优于传统的石棉增强摩阻材料。
It puts forwards the way to substitute the rubbing resistance material from resin with the fiber cut out of highly strength cast vibrantly. Some experiments about the frictional properties of this material have been done at different temperatures. The content proportions among cast fiber, resin and the others will affect the frictional properties. It is confirmed that the compound fiber material is better than traditional ones in rubbing coefficient and rate of wear and tear, it is useful in the clutch, brake of vehicles and engineering machines.
