摘要
叙述了在考虑故障与预防维修作用下 ,如何利用现场使用数据统计分析机械可靠性的一般方法。对机械的故障与维修特性进行了分析研究 ,提出了一种机械使用中应用较广的维修模型 ,推导了在考虑维修时可靠性的计算公式 ,根据现场使用数据 ,采用极大似然估计和非齐次泊松过程方法对其可靠性和预防维修恢复程度进行了统计 ,并以实例进行了分析 。
It gives the process to analyze the mechanical reliability in statistics with the help of online data for the fault defense and maintenance,which includes a widely used maintenance model. The formula has been deduced,it deals with the reusbility by maximum resemble estimation An example validates the result.
