摘要
以 ZSM-5沸石为催化剂,在微型(MR-GC80型)和10ml 反应器进行汽油改质的研究,考察不同温度、空速及不同组分催化剂对反应的影响.以辛烷值为78的中馏分裂解汽油为原料,在350℃,常压及液体空速为4.7(小时)^(-1),得到的液烃收率为88%,而其辛烷值为81.9,比原来提高3.9个单位.
The modification of gasoline on ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts was studied by micro-reactor(MR-GC 80 model)and 10 ml reactor.The effects of reaction condition at various temperature,Space velocity and different composition of catalysts were inverstigated.When cracking gasoline(motor octane number of 78)is used as raw material,under normal pressure,at 370℃ and with a liquid,space velocity of 4.7 h^(-1), a yield liquid hydrocarbon of 88% and the motor octane number of 81.9, being increased more 3.9 units than original.
