摘要
采用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)对24枚冷冻胚胎以及38枚不适合移植的废弃胚胎的8种染色体(13、16、18、21、22、15、X和Y)分两轮行植入前遗传学筛查(PGS),以分析胚胎形态学与染色体异常之间的关系。随着胚胎碎片比例的增加,染色体正常胚胎的比例在下降。在8细胞胚胎和非8细胞胚胎组中,正常胚胎比例分别为44.4%和34.8%(P>0.05)。卵裂球大小均匀的胚胎中,正常胚胎率为47.8%,高于卵裂球大小不均匀胚胎的正常胚胎率18%(P<0.05)。根据现有胚胎形态学特征来评估胚胎染色体的情况,仍存在一定的局限性。
To apply two rounds of FISH in 62 embryos to screen 8 chromosomes:13, 15, 16, 18, 21, 22, X and Y, and to analyse the relationship between Day-3 embryo morphology and aneuploid. With the increasing of frag- ments ratio, normal chromosome embryos were decreasing. The ratio of normal chromosome embryos in 8 cells embryos group and non-8 cells group was 44.4% and 34. 8% respectively( P 〉 0.05 ). Normal chromosome embryos ratio in embryos containing even blastomeres was higher than that of uneven embryos ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Selecting embry- os according to criterion morphological characteristics of chromosomes at present still has some limitations.
