臭氧对骨性关节炎实验兔软骨细胞iNOS及MMP-1表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察臭氧对骨性关节炎实验兔软骨细胞诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNos)及基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)表达的影响。方法共选取成年新西兰大白兔40只,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组及对照组,每组20只。将2组实验兔制成膝骨性关节炎模型。待造模结束后,实验组每日向膝关节腔内注射臭氧,连续注射7d;对照组则于相同时间点向关节腔内注射氧气,连续注射7d。于制模后第7天时处死2组实验兔,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)分别检测各组实验兔膝关节软骨细胞iNOS及MMP-1表达。结果与对照组比较,实验组软骨细胞iNOS及MMP-1mRNA表达均显著降低,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论关节腔内注射臭氧能明显降低膝关节骨性关节炎实验兔软骨中iNOS及MMP-1表达,这可能是臭氧治疗骨性关节炎的重要机制之一。
