经胸超声心动图引导微创外科封堵室间隔缺损的应用探讨 被引量:8

摘要 室间隔缺损(VSD)是最常见的先天性心脏病.除了常规的外科手术修补.导管介入闭合治疗以及微创外科封堵近些年也开展得越来越多。目前经食管超声心动图(TEE)是微创外科封堵术中不可或缺的监测手段,经胸超声心动图(TTE)应用于引导微创外科封堵术的报道较少。鉴于婴幼儿TTE剑突下切面图像清晰.本研究尝试应用TTE单独引导VSD微创外科封堵术,报告如下。
