摘要
利用空气动力学原理,研制出了类拉伐尔风帽型喷枪。该改型喷枪使金属微液滴在超音速状态下雾化,从而获得更细的金属粒子。通过与WDP2000-I型喷枪对比,结果表明,改型喷枪粉末粒度更集中、更细小、更加均匀。喷Zn时,粉末平均粒度减小约41.3%。喷Zn-Al时,粉末平均粒度减小约29%。改型喷枪粒子束更加集中,这样有助于提高沉积效率,节约喷涂材料,从而提高电弧喷涂制模的效率。
Laval-like funnel cap spraying gun was developed based on the theories of aerodynamic.The modified spraying gun could atomize micro-drop under the supersonic state to form finer metal particles.And the effects were compared with those of WDP2000-I spraying gun.The results show that the granularity is more dense,finer and more uniform.Average granularity is decreased by 41.3% for spraying Zn powders by the modified gun,and it is decreased by 29% for spraying Zn-Al powders.The particle beam is more dense in the modified gun,which can increase deposition efficiency,save spraying materials and improve the efficiency of electric arc spraying tooling.
