腔内治疗累及内脏动脉的腹主动脉夹层2例

摘要
腹主动脉夹层经常累及内脏动脉供血，诊疗不当会导致夹层破裂、肠坏死和肾功能衰竭等严重后果。内脏动脉累及范围不同，手术方式亦不同。外科手术疗效确切，但手术创伤大。我们采用主动脉腔内支架置人结合弹簧圈封堵治疗2例破口位于肾动脉的孤立性腹主动脉夹层患者，效果满意，现报道如下。
