游离肝后下腔静脉行右肝切除77例体会 被引量:3

Dissecting the retrohepatic inferior vena eava in right hepatectomy: an experience in 77 patients

摘要 目的探讨肝后下腔静脉手术游离方法。方法解剖暴露77例肝后下腔静脉有侧壁并游离其后壁。结果77例右肝均部分翻转于切口外,术后顺利恢复。结论切断行肾上腺足游离肝后下腔静脉的关键;暴露肝后下腔静脉右侧壁是充分游离打肝的技术标准之一。 Objective To sludy the technique in isolating the retrohepafie inferior vena cava in right hepaleclomy. Methods Anatomical exposure of the rigbt lateral wall of relrohepatie inferior ve na cava was performed, followed by isolating its back wall. Results Part of Ibe right liver was rotated out of the incision. The 77 paliems recovered smoothly. Conclusion Dividing tbe right adrenal is the key to free the retrohepaticinferior vena cava. To expose the righl side of the retrohepalic inferior ve na cava is a standard technique to mobilize the right liver.
