正畸-烤瓷联合修复前牙的临床体会

The Clinical Experience in Cosmetic Restoration with Orthodontic Therapy and PFM Crown

目的:评价正畸-烤瓷联合修复成人前牙美容的临床效果。方法:对21例患者(98颗前牙)进行正畸-修复联合治疗,通过3年随访,对牙齿移位、修复体协调性、语言和咀嚼功能、牙周健康情况进行临床疗效评价。结果:错畸形得到明显改善,修复体边缘密合度良好,形态色泽自然,除2例患者4颗牙齿出现轻微移位,个别牙龈红肿出血,经牙周处理,情况改善。患者对美容修复效果满意。结论:正畸-烤瓷联合修复,克服了单一治疗方法的局限性,取得良好的临床效果。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of the combination of orthodontic therapy and PFM Crown in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods：21 cases（98anterior teeth）were restored with PFM Crown shortly undertaken orthodontic therapy using straight-wire appliance.Through 3 years follow-up visit studying,we observed the clinical effects including the shift of teeth,the harmony of restoration,the function of speech and bite,the periodontal health etc.Results：Malocclusion deformity had improved,all the restorations had tightly close margin,natural color and shape,except 4teeth lightly shifted with rarely gums bleeding.All the patients were satisfied with the treatment results.Conclusion：The combination of orthodontic therapy and PFM Crown in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth overcome the limitation of adopting only one therapy,and have reached good clinical effect.
