试用meta分析研究牙体预备方法与瓷贴面成功率的关系

Meta-analysis of Achievement Rates of Porcelain Laminate Restoration with Different Preparation Designs

目的:研究不同牙体预备方法对瓷贴面成功率的影响。方法:查阅1980～2010年国内外关于牙体预备方法与瓷贴面成功率的文献,选择适合文献17篇进行meta分析,计算各种牙体预备方法瓷贴面成功率及总成功率,meta回归分析研究不同牙体预备与瓷贴面成功率的关系。结果:唇面开窗型成功率为96.3%,切缘对接型成功率为88.8%,切缘包绕型成功率为97.4%,切缘斜面型成功率为92.1%,总成功率为94.3%,Meta回归分析显示不同的制备方式不是瓷贴面成功率的显著影响因素。结论:根据患者的实际口腔情况,选择正确的牙体预备方式进行瓷贴面修复,能够获得较佳的修复效果。

Objective：To explore the achievement rates of porcelain laminate restoration based on different preparation designs.Methods：From 1980 to 2010,17 papers were selected.Achievement rates of porcelain laminate restoration with different preparation designs were calculated by meta-analysis and their relationships were analyzed.Results：Achievement rates of window preparation,incisal butt preparation,incisal overlap preparation and incisal bevel preparation were 96.3%,88.8%,97.4% and 92.1% respectively and total achievement rate was 94.3%.The preparation of tooth was not major influential factor to the achievement rate of porcelain laminate restoration.Conclusion：Excellent effects of porcelain laminate restorations were obtained by choiced reasoned tooth preparation.
