摘要
高温条件下聚合物会发生明显的分子降解和水解作用,使黏度下降,驱油效果变差。为此研究了耐温聚合物在高温条件下的长期稳定性。结果表明,耐温聚合物在高温条件下长期稳定性的关键技术是将聚合物溶解氧浓度控制在1.0 mg/L以下,饱和氧条件下可通过添加多羟基化合物,以减缓聚合物溶液黏度下降速度,从而保证聚合物的长期稳定性。
Because of molecular degradation and hydrolysis under the condition of high temperature, the viscosity of polymer solution decreases and the flooding effect of the polymer deteriorates, so long - term thermal stability of heat -resistant polymer at high temperature was studied. The results showed that the key to keep heat - resistant polymer long - term thermal stability was controlling the soluble oxygen concentration of HPAM solution under 1.0 mg/L. Long - term thermal stability of heat - resistant polymer solution with saturated oxygen could be kept by adding polyhydroxy compounds as stabilizers to slow down viscosity decreasing rate.
