摘要
在冰醋酸介质中用H_2O_2直接氧化2-氯吡啶,得到2-氯吡啶-N-氧化物,然后分别与4-甲基苯硫酚、4-氯苯硫酚进行巯基化反应,合成了对甲苯基-(2-吡啶-N-氧化物)硫醚和对氯苯基-(2-吡啶-N-氧化物)硫醚。对2-氯吡啶环上氯发生的亲核取代反应进行了探讨。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱等手段对合成产物的结构进行了表征。
N-Oxide-2-pyridine phenyl sulfide derivatives were synthesized by mercapto-reaction of 4-meth- yhhiophenol or 4-chlorothiophenol with N-oxide-2-chloropyridine prepared by oxygenation of 2-chioropyridine with 30% H2O2 in acetic acid. The reaction of nucleophilic displacement on the ring of 2-chloropyridine was discussed. The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, H NMR, and 13C NMR.
