劳动力流动与农民工发展问题研究
摘要
改革开放以来，随着城市经济的快速发展和国家对农村人口流动限制政策的松动，大量农村剩余劳动力进入城市务工，一个庞大的、新的社会群体——农民工在城市迅速形成。他们像候乌一样游离于农村和城市之间，对推动我国工业化、城市化和和整个经济发展进程发挥了重要作用．然而其在社会关系和其他相关方面却仍然属于农民，难以以城市居民身份融入城市．这一身份的尴尬也由此带来了许多社会问题：身份排斥、社会保障、就业限制等等。
