Nursing Care of Traumatic Carotid Cavernous Sinus Fistula Interventional Therapy

目的探讨介入治疗外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的护理措施。方法回顾分析9例外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的临床护理。结果 9例患者均采用覆膜支架型血管治疗,均取得了较好的临床效果。结论血管内治疗具有不必开颅,方法简单,创伤小,治愈率高,术后恢复快等优点,是目前治疗TCCF最可靠而有效的方法。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of the interventional therapy in treatments of traumatic carotid cavernous TCCF）. Methods Retrospective analysis of 9 cases of traumatic carotid cavernous fistulae treated with interventional therapy. The effective clinical results were observed in the 9 patients treated with endovascular stent - line treatment. Conclusion The tional therapy had the advantages of non - craniotomy, high cure rate, and postoperative quick recovery, and it was practiced , and with minimally trauma. It could be the most reliable and effective method to treat TCCF at present.
