氩氦刀冷冻消融辅助治疗骨巨细胞瘤三例早期临床报道

The treatment of giant cell tumor of bone assisted with argon-helium cryoablation:a primary clinical report of 3 cases

目的探讨氩氦刀冷冻消融技术在治疗骨巨细胞瘤中的应用价值。方法 3例骨巨细胞瘤患者行肿瘤刮除植骨、内固定术,术中氩氦刀冷冻消融辅助灭活瘤体及瘤腔。比较冷冻消融前后肿瘤的病理组织学变化,观察术后皮肤、神经、血管等软组织并发症,评价早期关节功能。结果术后无软组织损伤并发症,随访4个月,关节功能良好,无软骨退变,骨修复正常。结论氩氦刀冷冻消融技术辅助治疗骨巨细胞瘤安全有效。

Objective To investigate the application value of argon-helium cryoablation in the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods 3 patients with giant cell tumor of bone underwent curettage and bone grafting and internal fixation, and during surgery the tumor body and cavity were ablated assisting with argon-helium cryoablation. The comparison ofhistopathology between pre- and post-cryoablation indicated significant changes. The complications of soft tissues such as skin, nerves and vessels were observed after surgery, and the joint function in the early stage was evaluated, Results No complication of soft tissue injuries was found after surgery. During the 4 months＇ follow-up, the joint function was good, no cartilage degeneration was found, and the bone restoration was normal. Conclusions The treatment of giant cell tumor of bone assisted with argon-helium cryoablation is safe and effective.
