摘要
目的探讨螺旋缩弓器对减阻上颌骨移动的应力分布及位移趋势。方法利用三维有限元分析法构建螺旋缩弓器、减阻上颌骨及上颌前牙的三维有限元模型,螺旋缩弓器分别以位移0.25mm、0.50mm0.75mm和1.00mm对上前牙施加四种工况,分析减阻上颌骨的总应力分布和分位移趋势。结果四种工况下,上颌前部均发生应力分布和位移趋势,尤以远中向位移趋势明显,四种工况的载荷效果总体趋势相同。结论螺旋缩弓器四种工况对减阻上颌骨移动有积极影响,上颌前部有远中、压人的位移趋势。
Objective To determine the effect displacement of anterior section of maxilla. Methods of compressing device on stress distribution and A 3D finite element model was established. The anterior teeth could be distracted rapidly with compressing device. Different stress was applied to anterior section of the maxilla using compressing device under four displacements (0. 9,5 ram, 0. 50 mm, 0. 75 mm and 1.00 mm). Results The anterior section of the maxilla showed obvious stress distribution and displacement change. Conclusions The compressing device could move the anterior teeth rapidly.
