摘要
为了使Al粉具有多波段兼容隐身的功能,采用均匀共沉淀法将ZnS复合于片状金属铝粉表面,获得了ZnS∶Al复合粒子;借助XRD、SEM、EDS对ZnS∶Al粉末的相组成和表面形貌进行了表征;测试了ZnS∶Al复合粒子的红外发射率、电磁参数和吸波性能。结果显示:实验制得的ZnS∶Al复合粒子包覆较为完整,在中远红外波段具有低红外发射率0.4520;在2~18 GHz频段内,最大反射率为-16.73 dB,微波吸收能力增强;ZnS:Al复合粒子具有多波段兼容隐身的功能,在多波段兼容隐身材料中具有重要的应用价值。
ZnS: A1 composites were prepared by homogeneous coprecipitation method for multiple-band stealth function. The phase composition and morphologies of the ZnS: A1 composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The infrared emissivity, electromagnetic parameters and microwave absorbing properties of ZnS : A1 composites were studied. Results show that the average size of composites is the uniform thickness. At the same time, the composites not only had low infrared emissivity of 0. 4520 but also had strong reflection with -16.73 dB at 2-18 GHz. ZnS: A1 composites have multiple-band stealth function.
