Design and Simulation of Photonic Microwave Filter Based on Window Functions

摘要 将各种窗函数应用于微波光子滤波器(PMF)的设计中,利用MATLAB对PMF的系统响应进行了仿真,分析了窗函数类型以及抽头个数、抽头系数的精度对PMF性能的影响.通过对窗函数进行简单的变形可以得到带通PMF的抽头系数.仿真结果表明:在保证Q值不变的条件下,利用切比雪夫窗函数比利用高斯窗函数所设计出来的PMF的边瓣抑制比高36 dB. Various window functions are used to design photonic, microwave filters (PMF). The MATLAB is employed to simulate the amplitude and frequency responses. Then the impacts of the different kinds of windows, the number and the precision of the taps on PMF are analyzed respectively. Band-pass filter tap coefficient can also be obtained by means of slightly change the window taps. Under the situation of equal Q-factor, the mainlobe-to-sidelobe ratio (MSR) of the designed PMF is increased about 36 dB by using the Chebyshev window compared with Gaussian window.
