How will women＇ s colleges and universities around the world develop in the coming decades？ The Faculty Conference 2011 hosted by the Women＇s Education Worldwide （WEW） organization gives us an opportunity to consider this question. Through a careful deliberation of the issue, a few existing problems have been recognized and it is our belief that women＇ s universities and colleges will continue to flourish.
