摘要
加强大学生骨干培养,是高校人才培养的重要组成部分。可是,在培养工作中还存在诸如培养内容的科学性和有效性不强、培养形式的针对性和创新性不足、培养机制的长效性和保障性不高等问题。因此,高校在加强大学生骨干的培养上,要抓好三大关键工作,一是树立"以人为本"的教育培养理念,二是建立系统的培养模式,三是构建科学的管理和推荐机制,使大学生骨干逐步成长为政治素质高、业务能力强、作风形象好、群众基础牢的优秀人才。
Strengthening the development of student leaders is an important part of personnel training in higher education. However, there are still some problems in the training process, such as the weakness of scientific and effective contents, the limitation of pertinent and innovative forms, as well as the shortage of long-acting and secure mechanism, etc. Therefore, in order to enhance the development of these students, universities should pay special attention to three key issues: first, setting up "people-oriented" education and training philosophy; second, establishing a systematic training mode; third, constructing a scientific mechanism of management and recommendation. This makes them gradually develop into excellent qualified personnel with high political consciousness, strong professional competence, good work style and image and solid foundation for the general public.
