试论研究性教育教学体系对思政课教师素质提出的新要求

Investigational Education and Teaching System:New Requirements for the Professional Quality of Ideological and Political Teachers

思想政治理论课研究性教育教学体系建设是高校思想政治理论课改革的重要方向,但是这一教育教学体系不能依靠传统的教学方式来实现,要求思想政治理论课教师必须具有更高更全面的职业素质,在思想政治理论水平、教育理念、教学方法、科研能力、实践能力等方面都有着与传统不一样的新要求。

The teaching system development in the investigational education of ideological and political theory course is the important direction of the related reform in higher education, but this system cannot depend on traditional teaching methods. It calls for these teachers to have superior and more comprehensive professional quality, with new requirements different from the traditions in the following aspects： level of ideological and political theories, educational philosophy, teaching methods, scientific research capacity and practical ability, etc.
