湖南省株洲市在加强社会治安防控体系建设中,盘活政策资源、部门资源、社会资源、群防资源,有效整合社会各方力量;坚持向社会借力、向科技借力、向改革借力,全面提升防控水平;完善预警、矛盾纠纷调处、应急处置、组织保障等机制,确保工作措施落实,值得各地学习与借鉴。

To strengthen the social security protection system, Zhuzhou City made full use of policy resources,department resources, social resources, and mass prevention resources to integrate social forces effectively. They enhanced their prevention and eontrol level comprehensively through the forces from the society, science and technology and reform, and thus improved the mechanism of early warning, the reconciliation of the contradictions and disputes, the disposal of emergency response and organizational safeguards, and thus ensured the implementation of all working measures. These experiences are very valueahle and well worth learning.
