高校辅导员工作中的“为”与“不为”

"To Do" and "Not to do" in the Work of College Counselors

辅导员是高校思想政治教育队伍的重要力量。在实际工作中,辅导员在积极而"为"的同时,也要"有所不为",这是适应大学生身心发展特点的必然选择,是提高辅导员工作效率的客观需要,也是促进大学生自主发展的重要途径。积极而"为"和"有所不为"是辅导员工作理念不可缺少的两个方面,必须有机地结合起来。

The counselor is an important force of college ideological and political education. In practice, while they try ＂to do＂ actively, they have to learn ,what not to do＂ as well. This is the inevitable choice adaptable to the characteristics of physical and mental development of their students, the objective necessity to improve their work efficiency and also the important ways to promote students＂ self development. ＂To do＂ actively and ＂what not to do＂ must combine together organically as the two indispensable aspects Of their work.
