摘要
目的探讨人参皂苷酸降解物对机体的细胞免疫调节功效。方法选用近交系雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分成高、中、低3个剂量组和1个阴性对照组,每组12只。实验组分别给予0.05、0.50、1.50 g/kg体重的人参皂苷酸降解物,连续给药60 d后测定足跖肿胀度和淋巴细胞转化程度。并与对照组进行对比。结果人参皂苷酸降解物能增强小鼠的迟发型变态反应,足跖肿胀度提高到0.85 mm;能提高ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力,OD差值达到0.175。结论人参皂苷酸降解物具有增强细胞免疫调节作用。
Objective To investigate the cellular immunomodulatory effect of Ginsenoside acid degradation on body. Methods BALB/C mice were divided into four experimental groups, and there were twelve mice in each group. Three doses of 0. 05,0. 50,1.50 g/kg. bw of Ginsenoside acid degradation were given to mice. Foot swelling and transformation of lymphocytes were examined after 60 days administration. Results Ginsenoside acid degradation could strengthen the DTH of mice, foot swelling was O. 85 mm. And the transformation of lymphocytes of spleen was also improved, OD was 0. 175. Conclusion Ginsenoside acid degradation can strengthen the cellular immunomodulatory.
