东莞市68个家具企业职业卫生状况调查

Investigation on occupational health of 68 furniture factories in Dongguan city

目的了解东莞市家具企业职业卫生现状,提出家具企业职业病危害因素的预防和控制措施,为有关部门今后的监督管理提供依据。方法收集和整理本市68个家具企业的职业病危害因素现场调查资料以及检测数据,利用Excel软件对检测数据建立数据库,用SPSS 13.0软件进行相关统计分析。结果在1 128个检测点中,噪声合格率44.3%,木粉尘合格率52.0%,化学毒物合格率76.9%。大型企业的木粉尘以及化学毒物检测合格率远高于于中小型企业,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.90、χ2=7.89,均P<0.05)。结论目前,东莞的家具企业职业卫生状况令人堪忧,职业危害因素样品检测合格率低,监督执法重点在于中小型企业。

Objective To understand the status of occupational health in furniture factories in Dongguan, and put forward preventive and control measures for occupational hazards in furniture factory, and provide evidence for the related depart- ment carrying out future supervision. Methods The occupational hazards data of 68 furniture manufacturers in Dongguan were collected to form a database by Excel, with SPSS 13.0 for statistical analysis. Results Of 1 128 monitoring points, the qualified rate of noise, wood dust, chemical toxicant was 44. 3%, 52. 0% and 76. 9%. The qualified rates of wood dust and chemical toxicant of large enterprises were much higher than those of small and medium enterprises, the difference between them was significant （X^2 = 8. 90 ,X2 = 7. 89,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Occupational health of furniture factories in Dongguan is serious, and qualified rates of occupational hazard factors in the sample are low. Supervision and law enforce- ment focus is for small and medium enterprises.
