食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤内镜下套扎治疗

Treatment of leiomyoma on esophageal muscularis propria by endoscope loop ligature

目的观察内镜下套扎治疗对食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤的治疗效果。方法 23例食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤患者采用内镜下套扎治疗1,周后复查胃镜,观察所有患者的平滑肌瘤脱落情况。结果 23例患者平滑肌瘤均在术后1周内脱落。治愈率100%。结论内镜下套扎治疗食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤是简单易行并且安全有效的方法。

Objective Observing the effect of endoscope loop ligature on leiomyoma of esophageal muscularis propria. Methods 23 patients with leiomyoma were treated by endoscope loop ligature. They were all tested by gastroscope to ob- serve the statement of leiomyoma on 1 week. Results All patients＇leiomyoma defluviumed in 1 week. Conclusion It is an easy ,safe and effective operating of endoscope loop ligature on leiomyoma of esophageal muscularis propria.
