中德俄联盟泄密后的各方反应

On All Parties' Reaction after the Disclosure of the Alliance of China,Germany and Russia

孙中山的中德俄联盟经陈炯明向外报泄露后,引起国内外的强烈反应。列强诬称为"过激主义"和"亲布尔什维克"。英法新闻界指称是俄国布尔什维克主义的阴谋。北京政府表示"密切关注此事"。政界人物曹锟和吴佩孚也立即声明"与孙中山没有任何关联"。社会上也不乏为陈炯明的叛逆行为辩护者。孙中山不得不发表声明,澄清事实。上海《民国日报》为中德俄联盟辩护。中共认为这是关系中国民族独立的外交政策,不遗余力地宣传与辩护。共产国际和苏俄也支持中德俄联盟的宣传。从对中德俄联盟的态度和反应可以管窥国共两党与帝国主义、共产国际和苏俄的复杂关系。

after being disclosed by Chen Jiongming to foreign newspapers,the Alliance of China,Germany and Russia proposed by Sun Yat-sen triggered strong responses from both the inside and outside of Chi- na. It was wrongly labelled as ＂extremism＂ and ＂pro-bolshevik＂ by great powers. Press circles from Eng- land and France claimed it as a conspiracy plotted by Russian Bolshevik. Beijing government gestured that it would pay close attention to the matter. Cao Kun and Wu Peifu, from the circle of politics,imme- diately proclaimed that they had nothing to do with Sun Yat-sen. What＇s more,there were a lot of people defending Chen Jiongming^s act of treachery. Sun Yat-sen was left without a choice but to publish a de- claration to clarify the truth. Minguo Daily Newspaper in Shanghai vindicated the alliance. Both the com- munist party and the Kuomingtang went to great lengths to advocate and vindicate the alliance for they were well aware of the fact that the alliance was about the independent foreign policies of China. The communist international and Russia also supported the promotion of the alliance. From the variety of re- actions to the alliance of China,Germany and Russia,we are able to have a view on the complicated rela- tionship between the two parties in China and the Imperialism, the relationship between communist in- ternational and Russia in Soviet Union.
