摘要
熊彼特奠定了企业创新研究的基本分析框架。虽然学者之后对此框架进行了扩展,但这些扩展忽略了技术外溢对企业创新的影响。技术外溢分为水平型技术外溢和垂直型技术外溢。实证分析发现,垂直型技术外溢促进企业创新,但水平型技术外溢不影响企业创新。
Schumpeter established the framework for research in firm＇s innovation.Although lots of researcher have extended Schumpeterian framework,few of them show interest in the impact of technology spillover on firm＇s innovation.Technology spillover can be classified into the horizontal one and the vertical one.Our empirical study finds that it is not horizontal but vertical technology spillover that improves firm＇s innovation.
