摘要
介绍了中医药图书馆学科馆员的现状和存在的不足,提出建立高素质的图书馆学科馆员队伍的内在要求和外在条件。
The status quo and problems of subject librarians in library of traditional Chinese medicine were described. The internal requirements and external conditions for training a subject librarian contingent with a high professional level were put forward.
