摘要
对护理岗位设置与分级、护士职业发展规划进行设计,在此基础上对医院244名护士进行了护理岗位分级管理。通过护士岗位分级的绩效分配方案改进,体现多劳多得和同工同酬,较好地调动了护士的积极性。
We designed nursing post setting and classification, nurses' occupational development planning, job classification and nurses' salary system. On the basis of this design, 244 nurses were managed by nursing post classification. We improved nurses' performance allocation scheme, aiming at reflecting better links between more work and more pay or equal pay for equal works, which motivated nursing staff greatly.
