癌症患者医疗信息满意度研究进展

Review of medical information satisfaction of cancer patients

癌症患者医疗信息满意度是衡量癌症患者所接受的医疗信息及医疗信息服务的重要手段,医疗信息满意度的提高有助于患者总体满意度的提升,并对患者的生活质量、精神心理产生积极影响。国内外已经有越来越多的研究人员关注到癌症患者医疗信息满意度评价的重要性,除了对影响因素进行分析外,还进行了不同的干预性研究,分析了不同的医疗信息给予方式对患者医疗信息满意度产生的影响,在测量方法上,国外也发展了专门的癌症患者医疗信息满意度工具。因此,本文旨在就该领域的研究情况进行综述,以期为临床护理工作者提供借鉴和帮助。

Information satisfaction has influence on the patients＇ overall satisfaction with the hospital, and high level information satisfaction can improve patients＇ quality of life and mental status. More and more studies had confirmed its importance at home and abroad. Except for analyzing the influence factors, different intervention studies had been done to find proper information given methods, and developed special measuring tools in recent years. The purpose of this article is to make a review of the research progress of information satisfaction of cancer patients in order to offer help to clinical work.
