Concise Remarks on Several Influences of Schiller on Cai Yuanpei's Aesthetics Thought

蔡元培在二十世纪早期的中国教育史上有着举足轻重的地位,他所提出的"以美育代宗教"的口号彰显了其主要的美学思想。文章对蔡元培美学思想重新展开深入剖析,就德国美学家席勒对蔡元培美学思想所产生的影响进行深度挖掘,使我们对蔡元培美学思想的内涵有更深的认识。

In the early twentieth century, Cai Yuanpei has an important position in the history of Chinese education. He proposed ＂Substituting Aesthetic Education for Religion＂ which embodied his main aesthetics thought. I conducted in- depth analysis on his aesthetics thought and excavated deeply on Germany aesthetes Schiller＇s influence on Cai Yuanpei＇s aesthetics thought in this paper, which helped us have a deeper understanding about the connotation of Cai Yuanpei＇ s aesthetics thought.
