关于新疆高师音乐专业少数民族学生教学质量的思考

摘要 新疆是多民族聚居的地区,各民族地区音乐教育水平参差不齐,教学质量有滑坡的现象,本文阐述了新疆高师音乐专业少数民族学生的音乐素质、汉语水平,教师队伍等方面存在的问题、结合本地区高师音乐专业少数民族学生的状况,要提高师资队伍素质、改变传统的教学手段、编写适合于少数民族学生的音乐教材、设立少数民族非物质文化遗产班等方法来提高教学质量。 Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic residential area, and level of music education in each region is various, and teaching quality has the phenomenon of decreasing. This article elaborated the existing problems such as music quality, Chinese level and teacher quality of minority students majoring in music in Xinjiang. Combining with status of minority normal students majoring in music, we can improve the teaching quality by improving the quality of teachers, changing traditional teaching method, preparing suitable music teaching materials for minority students, establishing intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities and other methods.
