某地区4所医院护理不良事件发生情况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of four hospitals' nursing adverse events occurrence in a region

目的:了解医院环境中护理不良事件的发生情况。方法:采用自制"护理不良事件调查表"对某地区4所医院内科、外科、ICU等临床科室的388名护士工作中发生护理不良事件情况进行调查。结果:病人所遭受的医源性损伤与护士遭受不良事件之间发生频率呈正相关关系;40岁以下护士、合同制护士和中专学历护士护理不良事件发生频率较高;ICU护士护理不良事件总体发生频率高于内、外科。结论:护理管理者应加强对高危科室和重点人群的管理,以减少或避免各类护理不良事件的发生。

Objective： To learn about the current situation of nursing adverse events in hospital environment. Methods： A self-made questionnaire about nursing adverse events was.used and 388 nursed in medical, surgical and ICU departments in 4 hospitals were investigated. Results： The relationship between patients＇ suffered iatrogenic injury and nurses＇ suffered adverse events was positively correlated; the frequency of nursing adverse events was higher in contract nurses, and nurses whose age were under 40 years and educational level was lower as technical secondary degree; the overall occurrence frequency of nursing adverse events was higher in ICU nurses than in nurses who worked in medical and surgical departments. Conclusions： Nursing managers should strengthen the management in high-risk departments and focus groups in order to reduce or avoid the various nursing adverse events.
