应用酸水解法制备牛蒡苷元的工艺研究

Study on the Acidic Hydrolysis Method for the Preparation of Arctigenin

目的:筛选一种简单制备牛蒡苷元的方法。方法:采用正交试验方法,以HPLC法测定牛蒡苷水解百分比为指标,确定牛蒡子药材的酸水解工艺。结果:以0.5%的盐酸,9倍溶媒量,水解2h,牛蒡苷元的转化率可达到80%以上。结论:此水解工艺合理可行,为牛蒡子的进一步研究提供参考。

Objective：To establish a method for Arctigenin preparation. Methods：The extraction conditions were studied by the orthogonal design with the hydrolysis percentage of arctigenin. Results：The optimum conditions were as follows ：adding 9 times amount of 0. 5% （V/V）hydrochloric acid solution and extracting for 2 h. Conclusion： The optimized method is reasonable and feasible for arctigenin preparation from Arctii Fructus.
