护理干预对糖尿病患者出院后遵医行为的影响

The Effects of Nursing intervention on compliance behaviors of discharged diabetic patients

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者出院后遵医行为的影响。方法于2009年2月～2010年3月将126例糖尿病患者按出院顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,各63例,2组患者出院后均接受系统的饮食疗法、药物疗法、运动疗法等,干预组在此基础上给予护理干预。于患者出院时及出院6月末采用自行设计的遵医行为问卷评定遵医行为,同时测定血糖并进行对比分析。结果护理干预前遵医行为问卷评分2组各因子分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理干预6月末干预组按时检查、饮食控制、药物疗法、自我监测因子分均高于对照组(P<0.01),血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论护理干预对提高糖尿病患者出院后遵医行为效果显著,对控制血糖水平具有重要作用,对出院后患者康复及改善生活质量有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on compliance behavior of discharged diabetic patients. Methods 126 discharged diabetic patients were randomized into intervention group and control group in equal number（36 cases each）according to se- quence of discharge since Feb. 2009 to March. 2010. All groups received diet therapy, drug therapy and physical therapy. Nursing interven- tion was given to the intervention group. All case＇ s compliance behavior were assessed by a self - designed questionnaire during the day they were discharged and six months later. The blood sugar of all cases were checked and analyzed at the same time. Results The score of com- pliance behavior questionnaire of the two groups before the nursing intervention showed no significant difference （ P 〉 O. 05）. After six month of nursing intervention, the score of regular checking ,diet control ,drug therapy compliance ,self - monitoring of intervention group were signif- icantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. the blood sugar level were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclu- sion The nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance behavior of discharged diabetic patients and control their blood sugar level effectively, so the nursing intervention plays a positive role in rehabilitation and quality of life improving for discharged patients.
