舒适护理对心脏介入患者围手术期焦虑的影响

The influences of comfortable nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients with heart disease

目的探讨舒适护理对心脏介入患者围手术期焦虑的影响。方法心脏介入手术患者100例,随机分为对照组与实验组各50例。对照组采取常规的护理方法;实验组在此基础上根据不同时期采取舒适护理及心理支持的护理方法。入院时及出院后2组均采取SAS焦虑自评量表及Athens失眠量表进行焦虑、失眠情况评分。结果实验组患者出院时焦虑发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);2组的失眠状况在出院时则没有统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组无1例出现迷走神经反射,对照组出现2例迷走神经反射。结论舒适护理可以降低心脏介入患者围手术期焦虑,可以降低心脏介入患者迷走神经反射的并发症。

Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients with heart disease. Methods 100 patients taking interventional heart surgery were raridomly divided into control group and experimental group （50 cases each group）. The con- trol group was taken normal nursing interventions. And the experimental group was taken comfortable nursing and psychological nursing beside the normal nursing iv/terventions. Two groups were using SAS and Athens scales to measure the anxiety level and insomnia after admission and before discharging. Results Before discharging, the prevalence of anxiety in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no significant difference on insomnia level between two groups. Moreover, none of them had vasova- gal reflexes （VVR） in experimental group while there were 2 cases had vasovagal reflexes. Conclusion comfortable nursing can reduce anx- iety in patients with heart interventional surgery and decrease the chance of vasovagal reflexes.
