摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对结核病护理工作满意度的影响。方法在开展优质护理服务前8个月及实施后的8个月内,分别随机抽取175位患者,比较实施优质护理服务前后患者对护理工作的服务态度、巡视病房、护理技术、服药护理、心理护理及健康教育的满意度。结果患者对护理工作的服务态度、巡视病房、护理技术、服药护理、心理护理及健康教育的满意度优于实施优质护理服务活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务调动了护理人员工作的积极性和主动性,能有效提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective Studied the effects of quality nursing service on tuberculotic nursing management. Methods The satisfaction indexes of nursing service quality were evaluated by the patients with tuberculosis before and after 8 months of the application of quality nursing service. The indexes, including the attitude of nursing service, nursing visiting, nursing technique, medication nursing, mental nursing and health education, were compared before and after the application of quality nursing service. Results After the application of quality nursing service, the satisfaction indexes of the attitude of nursing service, nursing visiting, nursing technique, nursing medi- cation, mental nursing and health education were better than before ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Application of quality nursing service can improve nurses' enthusiasm and activeness of work. It also can effectively raise the satisfaction index of nursing work.
