皮内注射复合消痔灵液治疗腋臭的临床应用探讨

The clinical value on the minimally invasive treatment of axillary osmidrosis with Xiaozhiling

目的探讨微创治疗腋臭的新方法及临床应用价值。方法总结分析1998年1月至2010年12月间经皮内注射消痔灵液治疗腋臭共668例临床资料,按轻中重程度不同分别用1～2.5:1浓度施行病灶区皮内注药1次,2次或3次,每两次间隔3个月。结果本组668例按疗效标准进行评定,轻度腋臭376例(56.29%),一次治愈率为100%;中度腋臭158例(23.65%),其中一次治愈83例(52.53%),二次治愈75例(47.47%);重度腋臭134例(20.06%),其中一次治愈27例(20.15%),二次治愈68例(50.75%),三次治愈28例(20.89%),好转11例(8.21%)。全组治愈率98.35%(657例),好转率1.65%(11例),有效率为100%。结论皮内注射复合消痔灵液治疗腋臭其疗效确切,有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective To explore the new methods and clinical value of the minimally invasive treatment to axillary osmidrosis.Methods The clinical data of 668 patients treated for axillary osmidrosis with the intradermal injection of Xiaozhiling were analyzed from 1998 January to 2010 December.The different concentration with 1～2.5：1 were intradermal injected with once,twice or three times respectively according to the severity of light,moderate or severe,and the two treatments were the interval of three months.Results 668 patients were evaluated according to the efficacy criteria,376 cases were light axillary osmidrosis（56.29%）,and which cure rate of one time was 100%.158 cases were moderate axillary osmidrosis（23.65%）,and the cure rates of one time and two times were 52.53%（83 cases）and 47.47%（75 cases） respectively;134 cases were severe axillary osmidrosis,the cure rates of one time and 20.89%（28 cases）,respectively,and the improved rate was 8.21%（11 cases）.The total cure rate in the group was 98.35%（657 cases）,the total improvement rate was 1.65%（11 cases）,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The intradermal injection of Xiaozhiling to treat axillary osmidrosis was effective,and had high clinical value.
