健脾化浊饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床观察

目的通过观察健脾化浊饮对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者治疗效果,总结健脾化浊饮治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法按照中医辨证和西医诊断为非酒精性脂肪肝的67例患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例,治疗组患者给予健脾化浊饮治疗,对照组给予甘乐片(复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片)治疗,两组患者均已2个月为一个疗程,一个疗程后将两组药物的疗效急性对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为69.70%,经χ2检验,治疗组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血脂检查结果均好于对照组(P<0.05),肝功检测结果比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论健脾化浊饮能够对症治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To observe the ＂jian pin hua shi yin＂,summarizes the clinical efficacy of the drug treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver treatment of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods In accordance with the dialectic of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver of 67 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 34 cases and a control group of 33 cases,the treatment group were treated with the ＂jian pin hua shi yin＂ treatment control group was given＂Diisopropylamine Dichloroacetate Tablets＂in the treatment of two groups of patients have been two for a course,after a course of two drugs,the efficacy of acute comparative analysis.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12%,the total effective rate of the control group was 69.70%.By the χ2 test,the treatment group higher than that of the control group（P0.05）;After treatment,patients treated with lipid test results were better than the control group（P0.05）,liver function test results than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂jian the pin hua shi yin＂ to symptomatic treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver,the effect is significant,worthy of wide dissemination.
