高压氧辅助治疗中重度牙周病的临床体会

目的牙周病是口腔科的常见病与多发病。其感染细菌以厌氧菌为主,革兰氏阴性厌氧菌是牙周病的重要病原因素。方法自2006以来,我科对随机挑选的中重度牙周炎患者76例,进行高压氧配合牙周基础治疗。结果 A组38例有效率100%,B组38例中有效率81.58%。结论中重度牙周炎进行高压氧配合牙周基础治疗效果良好。
