正常孕妇血清催乳素水平变化

目的探讨妇女不同妊娠周数血清催乳素(PRL)浓度水平变化规律。方法选择到我院进行产前检查的正常孕妇523例,从孕16周起,每2周测定一次血清PRL值,直至孕42周。结果正常妊娠妇女第16周催乳素均值为1160mIu/L-1,随孕周增加而升高,第34～37周达高峰,峰值为6710mIu/L-1,后逐渐下降。结论本研究为临床诊断高血清PRL疾病提供实验依据,具有重要的临床意义和使用价值。

Objective To study the changing rule of the serum prolactin level（PRL）in different gestational age.Methods We chose 523 normal pregnant women who came to our hospital for antenatal examination,from the 16th week of pregnancy on,assayed the PRL value of those cases every 2 weeks,until the 42nd pregnant week.Results The average of PRL in normal 16 pregnant week was 1160 mIu.L-1,which increases with the gestational age and hit the peak of 6710 mIu.L-1during 34 to 37 weeks of pregnancy,then started to decline.Conclusion This study provided experimental evidence for clinical diagnosis of high serum PRL disease,which has important clinical significance and application value.
