目的观察手法调整结合脑蛋白水解物治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用手法调整结合静脉滴注脑蛋白水解物治疗,对照组单采用手法调整治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为97.8%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,差异有显著性。结论手法调整结合脑蛋白水解物治疗颈性眩晕比单纯手法调整治疗效果好。
